Our pilots at Alpine Air Alaska are friendly, informative, and competent. All our pilots have years of experience in mountain flying, and very knowledgeable of the Chugach Mountain Range.
We offer several flightseeing experiences and arctic adventures to North America's most heavily glaciated mountain range the Chugach Mountains! Our Summer flightseeing tours depart six times daily, with a variety of times and prices to accommodate your schedule and budget. Our Fall and Winter tours depart 5 times daily, and offer amazing glacier landings on frozen lakes at the face of the Colony Glacier.
We provide a free pick up service within the Girdwood area, including The Hotel Alyeska.
Currently, our Helicopter flightseeing times are:
8:45am, 10:30am, 12:15pm, 2:00pm, 3:45pm, and 5:30pm
We can depart at different times for custom tours, weddings, and charter flights.
For all of our tours, please dress comfortable clothing, sturdy shoes, and sunglasses.

30 Minute Helicopter Tour
Soar over the panoramic Alaskan scenery spotting wildlife as you glide by picturesque mountain peaks into the 20-Mile river valley to the heart of glacier country.
Tour time is approx. 30 minutes at $225 per person with a two-person minimum.
Helicopter Glacier Landing
Extend your flightseeing adventure by taking our most popular tour that
explores the Lake George Glacier, Lake George Valley, Whiteout Glacier
and Colony Glacier. As you fly through the Chugach backcountry the panorama
opens to glacial-formed valleys and magnificent fields of ancient translucent
blue glaciers. Highlight your trip with a glacier landing on Colony
Glacier or atop a high ridge with a 360-degree panorama of mountains
and glaciers and become surrounded by the surreal landscape.

Prince William Sound Flightseeing Tour
Experience everything as with the glacier landing tour but add a return
trip through the pristine waters of Prince Williams Sound. The clear
waters and rocky fjords of Prince William Sound offer breathtaking landscapes
and excellent wildlife spotting opportunities. Highlights of this tour include the glacier landing, tide water glaciers, marine wildlife, and Prince William Sound – of course!

Columbia Glacier Tour
If you truly want to go all the way the Columbia Glacier Tour is our
most comprehensive and far-reaching tour. This tour offers a glacier
landing and an extended Prince William Sound tour and best of all a
tour of the Columbia Glacier. The Columbia Glacier is the largest tidewater
glacier in the Prince William Sound. This glacier is a truly majestic
place encompassing over fifteen thousand square miles of deep blue water,
rustic mountain peaks, and endless ice fields. The Columbia Glacier
tour is the ultimate flightseeing excursion and a truly unforgettable
experience.
